As we continue to build our expertise in multiple sectors, we are now hiring multiple Talent Advisors to join our team. You will be surrounded by successful, stable and supportive colleagues that want to see you succeed.

Responsibilities of a Talent Advisor - APAC:

  • Identifying and pursuing top talent across multiple industries matching to regional job opportunities
  • Working with Regional Consultants to build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Driving search campaigns to secure high calibre candidates for clients
  • Sourcing, screening and briefing candidates for appropriate positions
  • Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a desire to succeed and add value to our clients' employee base
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent English is a must, highly desirable if you can also speak and of the folloing: Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa
  • Malaysian PR
