What You'll Be Doing


Lead Regional Talent Projects:
Own and drive end-to-end recruitment campaigns across Singapore and SEA, delivering results that fuel business growth.


Strategic Hiring Partner:
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and deliver high-impact hiring strategies.


Craft Compelling Job Ads:
Write engaging, tailored job postings that attract the right candidates across multiple channels.


Proactive Talent Sourcing:
Identify, engage, and manage top talent across diverse sectors, using a mix of sourcing techniques and market insight.


Seamless Recruitment Process:
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep things moving—ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.


Negotiation & Offer Management:
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the offer process—managing salary expectations, handling negotiations, and securing top hires.


Assessment Centre Support:
Assist with the organisation and facilitation of assessment centres to identify and nurture future recruitment talent.

What We're Looking For


Experienced Recruiter:
Minimum 3 years' experience in an agency or in-house talent acquisition role, with a strong record of successful placements.


SEA Market Insight:
Knowledge of recruitment dynamics across Southeast Asia, with an ability to adapt to different markets and industries.


Strong Communicator:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.


Independent & Driven:
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while delivering high-quality results.


Creative & Resourceful:
Brings fresh ideas to the table and isn't afraid to innovate when it comes to talent attraction and engagement.
