**About the role**

We are seeking a talented BIM Coordinator to join our project team in Puncak Alam. As a full-time BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the effective implementation and utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology in construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and protocols.
- Coordinate and manage BIM models and data across multiple projects using BIM 365, ACC and Revit.
- Supervise and provide guidance to BIM Modelers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models.
- Familiar with 4D and sequencing in BIM.
- Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and resolve any issues related to BIM models.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as ACC, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in BIM or related fields.
- Experience with clash detection and resolution.
- Knowledge of construction processes and project management.
- Willing to work in Puncak Alam.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,980.39 - RM7,904.56 per month
