Responsible for the monthly consolidation of Group accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Prepare quarterly financial reports in compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
- Review and analyse monthly financial results, including variance analysis.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial and management accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls for financial reporting.
- Oversee the Group’s financial reporting, taxation, and transfer pricing matters; liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Coordinate and prepare the Group’s annual budget.
- Support corporate finance activities and strategic financial initiatives of the Group.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as and when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, MICPA).
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least **3 years in group consolidation within a listed company and/or audit experience involving group consolidation**.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS and group consolidation principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
