Develop and implement strategies to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring a streamlined pipeline for business growth.
- ⁠Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive engagement and generate quality leads.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and fostering customer engagement through creative content.
- Collect and analyze campaign data to evaluate effectiveness, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and optimise future strategies.
- Maintain and update the company's centralized database, ensuring all data is accurate and accessible to support business development efforts.
- ⁠Provide administrative support to the business development team and assist with various ad hoc tasks as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or business development support.
- Ability to ensure accuracy in data entry, contracts, reports, and marketing content.
- Experience in preparing reports, documentation, and handling business correspondence.
- Proficiency in organizing files, tracking documents, and supporting the business development team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and ad hoc tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
