**About Our Client**
Our client founded in 2020, is a fast-growing company specializing in Fleet Management Systems (FMS) — including car CCTV, GPS trackers, and Push-to-Talk communication services. In addition, TAXIECO provides AI-powered risk management solutions, enabling insurance companies to assess driver safety and policy risks more effectively.

**Position Overview**
We’re looking for a Business Development and Sales Manager with strong initiative and passion for technology-driven solutions in the automotive and logistics industries. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales performance across Malaysia and the surrounding region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for fleet management and AI risk solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and distributors.
- Coordinate with contractors for vehicle installation and maintenance services.
- Prepare sales reports and provide customer feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in automotive, logistics, or transportation sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
