**Sales Admin Assistant (Based in Johor Bahru)**

**Location**: Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM3,500 (Based on experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Johor Bahru. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handling coordination tasks, supporting sales operations, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations, update records, and manage administrative documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers on pricing, orders, and stock availability.
- Monitor and follow up on order progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a smooth support process.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by the management or direct supervisor when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Responsible, independent, and willing to learn.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (spoken and written), to support communication with a wide customer base.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
