**Corporate Financial Planning Manager**

Salary : RM6,000 - RM8,000/month
Location : Desa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru
Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:30PM

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Corporate Financial Planning Manager to lead the finance team and oversee all financial operations. This role plays a key part in supporting decision-making, driving efficiency, and ensuring financial integrity.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead the finance department’s daily operations
- Report financial performance and risks to the CFO
- Prepare and review financial reports including cash flow, budgets, and analysis
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting transactions
- Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries
- Drive improvements in financial processes and internal controls
- Support other tasks as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
