**JOB POSITION**:
Social Media Marketer

**JOB LOCATION**:
SPACE ROCK - Radiant Heights Hotel
Bandar Baru Ampang, Selangor.

**JOB FUNCTION**:
Manage, create, and execute engaging social media content to strengthen SPACE ROCK’s online presence, attract customers, promote events, and build a strong brand identity across all digital platforms.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media & Digital Marketing**
- Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Produce engaging content including photos, short videos, reels, stories, captions, and hashtags.
- Cover on-ground activities such as live band nights, events, promotions, food launches, and customer moments.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to promote menu items, offers, and upcoming events.
- Monitor social media performance (reach, engagement, followers growth) and suggest improvements.
- Keep up to date with social media trends, viral content, and F&B industry movements.
- Coordinate with designers, influencers (KOLs), and partners for collaborations and campaigns.
- Support paid ads content creation (basic understanding is sufficient).
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging aligned with SPACE ROCK identity.
- Update internal tracking systems with content schedules and performance summaries.
- Assist in special promotions, festive content, and brand collaborations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to marketing and branding as requested by management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation (F&B or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and basic content analytics.
- Ability to create engaging captions and simple visual content.
- Comfortable shooting photos/videos using a smartphone.
- Creative, energetic, and trend-aware personality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during events or live band nights (when needed).
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Able to start work within short notice is preferred.
