**Job Title**: Home Appliances Field Service Technician
**Reports to**: Service Manager or Operations Manager
**Location**: Base in Kajang, Selangor

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time/Contract

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician specializing in home appliances, including washing machines, televisions, irons (e.g., Philips brand), refrigerators, and commercial refrigeration units. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining appliances at customer locations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Appliance Diagnostics and Repairs
- Inspect and diagnose faults in home appliances, including washing machines, TVs, irons, refrigerators, and commercial refrigeration systems.
- Perform necessary repairs, replacements, or adjustments to restore appliance functionality.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to meet manufacturer and safety standards.

2. Maintenance and Installation
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend appliance lifespan.
- Install new appliances and provide customers with setup guidance and usage instructions.

3. Customer Interaction
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and explaining repair processes.
- Offer advice on proper appliance care and maintenance.
- Obtain customer feedback to improve service quality.

4. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and parts used.
- Provide timely reports to supervisors or service centers regarding work completed and any issues encountered.

5. Inventory and Tools Management
- Manage tools and spare parts inventory to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Order and replace parts as necessary while adhering to company policies.

6. Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during repairs and installations.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of electronic waste and chemicals.

**Qualifications and Skills Requirement**:
**Educational Background**:
Diploma, College Certification or MLVK Cert in Electric or Electronics, Refrigeration, Mechanical or a related technical field.

**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing home appliances and commercial refrigeration systems.

Familiarity with brands like Philips, LG, Samsung, and others is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1-2 years of field service experience in home appliance repair and maintenance.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

**Driving License**:
Valid B2 and D driving license.
