**Purpose**
Responsibility for all aspects of billing related activities in the region. This role will be responsible to timely upload invoices into customers’ website and solve customer disputes that caused by various reasons and working with the process champion/IT in helping deliver on the automation. i.e including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development objectives, so to provide excellent service to customers.
The incumbent will work directly with the Invoice to cash (ITC) Automation and Process Teams to help automate various SBS processes that can bring efficiency and productivity to the team. It also including collaboration with the Customer Support Services SOX coordinators to ensure process compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
**Nature and Scope**
This role reporting to Billing Manager and supporting the SBS organization by assuming ownership and resolve timely on uploading billing and related issues and discrepancies. Key responsibilities of this position include to upload and coordinate the development, modification and implement the automation in billing as needed.
This role requires to prioritize their assigned tasks or customer web portal activities, identify the root causes, and problem-solve the issues to prevent future recurring problems.
It is crucial that this role has a good understanding of the downstream effect and the business requirements for countries supported and to work closely with the local US and Europe billing team to ensure a smooth process of handover takes place.
The Billing Automation Analyst must have a strong understanding of the overall SAP system and processes to be able to determine where errors can take place. Due to the many special handling requirements in each country, this role will also need to ensure controls are in place and adhere to the local and SOX regulations from billing perspective. All billings must process in timely basis and ensure overall invoice accuracy.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES_**
- Upload SAP/legal invoices to various customers ’website based on the requirement
- Key coordinator with each website when changes incur.
- Answer incoming customer phone calls via BCM and logs dispute into the SAP dispute system.
- Collaborate/work/support with US and EU counterparts to resolution of billing related issues including disputes
Assist with the development, testing, training and implementation of the new scripts and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Ability to provide first level of maintenance for the scripts as to expand the automation opportunities via scripts or bots.
- Execute automated process and provide quality feedback on functionality.
- Maintain and quick fix details of automation code (HTML selectors, SAP scripting, VBA)
- Perform regression test periodically and as needed.
- Follow up if any information changes from externa website and customer web form.
- Support Automation Process Champion in development of new solution, scaling of existing ones and keep the documentation updated.
- Ensure the work efficiency and deadlines are met especially major billing dates and month end closing.
- Ensure Billing KPIs are met on monthly basis.
- Support any ad hoc task or project assigned by superior deemed as necessary.
- Knowledge and best practice sharing with the broader team across SBS.
- Complete the SOX audit requirement and work with team to streamline the billing process.
**_JOB REQUIREMENTS_**
- Degree in IT, Business Admin with minimum 3+ years customer support service experience
- SAP Billing and Disputes knowledge is requireddeadlines and multi-tasking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to drive initiative and work independently as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution and Microsoft Office skills i.e., advanced Excel VBA, Visio etc. will be advantages and preferred.
- Any experience with UiPath or other automation tools would be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of HTML is a preferred
- Analytical, process driven, attention to details, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to participate in meetings or teleconferences outside of normal working hours maybe required and adaptable when changes in work assignments.
- Excellent in English written and verbal communication skills, an additional European language(s) is a plus.
- Willing to work on a shift basis to support US time zone.
