**Responsibilities**:

- Review all new contracts, contract amendments, and deal agreements to extract pertinent financial data necessary for invoicing and financial accounting purposes.
- Maintain and update the invoice tracker with exceptional accuracy, as it serves as a crucial tool for senior analysts in revenue recognition for the content business, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies.
- Coordinate invoicing processes to the UK and US shared service center.
- Validate invoice tracking against the financial system monthly, collaborating with credit control to ensure clean and current Accounts Receivable customer balances.
- Monitor delinquency tracking for royalties and customer relationships, including following up on late statements. Provide billing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to teams to demonstrate timely processing and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist senior analysts in implementing contract management systems to streamline billing processes and automate inefficient workflows.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial analysis roles, with a strong understanding of contract management and revenue recognition principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or related industries is advantageous.
- Familiarity with broadcast licensing deals and digital content platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
