Job Title: Person In Charge (PIC) Location: Oriteeth Dental Clinic - Selayang, Selangor Reports To: Founder & Principal Dentist - Dr. Shubashini Ganeson Employment Type: Full-time --- Job Purpose: The Person In Charge (PIC) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth coordination between clinical and administrative functions, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the dental team to deliver excellent patient care. --- Key Responsibilities: Clinic Operations & Administration Oversee daily operations of the clinic including staff scheduling, appointment flow, and resource allocation. Ensure proper implementation of clinic SOPs, hygiene protocols, and safety standards. Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and clinic supplies procurement. Patient Experience & Communication Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for patients from registration to follow-up. Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate patient flow and waiting time to ensure efficiency. Team Coordination & Supervision Lead and support clinic staff including front desk, dental assistants, and associate dentists. Ensure punctuality, discipline, and performance of team members. Provide training and onboarding to new staff on clinic protocols. Compliance & Reporting Ensure the clinic complies with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and dental practice standards. Maintain accurate documentation, licenses, and audits. Submit monthly reports to the Director on operations, performance, and issues. Support to Principal Dentist Coordinate the Principal Dentist’s schedule and appointments. Assist in clinic marketing, promotions, and community outreach programs. Represent the clinic in meetings, networking, and franchise-related tasks when needed. --- Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations (dental experience preferred). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of MOH guidelines and dental clinic protocols is an advantage. Tech-savvy with good command of clinic management systems. --- Preferred Traits: Responsible, proactive, and resourceful. Patient-focused and service-oriented. Able to manage stress and lead a team effectively. Willing to grow with the clinic’s expansion plans.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,168.04 per month
