Deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff
- Design and update training materials and modules
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness
- Collaborate with operations and QA for performance improvement
- Support refresher and process-specific trainings
- Key Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO/IT as a Trainer
- Fluent in Mandarin (verbal & written) - mandatory
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Experience with KYC processes is an advantage
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Open to rotational shifts

Location: Cyberjaya (Work from Office)

Contract Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract

Working Hours: Rotational Shifts between 7:00 AM - 1:00 AM (Any 5 days/week with any 2 days off)

Shift Timings:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
