Supervise and coordinate the activities within the Technical to ensure that accurate and complete technical records are maintained for Batik Air aircraft, APU, engines, propellers and components.
- Implement and maintain an efficient Technical Recording system that meets Batik Air and Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) requirements.
- To supervise, implement and maintain an efficient aircraft re-delivery system that meets lessor standard.
- Maintain an effective archives system for safe storage of aircraft and components maintenance records.
- Provide adequate guidance to Technical Records staff on matters pertaining to airworthiness matters.
- Liaise with CAAM, Malaysian Communications, Overhaul agencies, other airlines and Lessor on aspects relating to technical records.
- Liaise with other Engineering department on matters relating to technical records.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all records by means of an efficient verification system.
- Recommend and implement new policies and procedures pertaining to their respective function in line with Batik Air objectives.
- Ensure stock of aircraft technical documents, log books, forms and stationeries are current and sufficient to meet requirements.
- To make sure all the aircraft records i.e. Aircraft Journey Log (AJL), DMI, check package and other related document well received from Maintenance Planning and Production Plannning.
- To carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in aviation field with experience in aviation

or
- Minimum 3 to 5 Years’ Experience in aviation field and
- Diploma in Aviation
- SMS Training
- Human Factor Training
- Company Procedure Training
- Air Legislation Training
- Fluent in English - both verbal and written.
- Communication Skills
- Computer competence
- Good understanding in CAAM regulation requirement
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines

**Desirable**:

- CAAM and other relevant National Aviation Authority requirements

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
