Job description
Duties & Responsibility

To perform daily billing entries.
Perform general duties such as bookkeeping, data entry, handling of petty cash and banking of cash / cheques.
Meticulous in details and diligent.
Prepare and maintain proper filing of reports, invoices, documentations and records.
Monitor payments and collections from Debtor(s).
Assist management team with ad hoc task(s).
Able to generate ad hoc reports when required.
Requirement

Female Only
Has good interpersonal skill, independent and able to communicate well with the team.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work with tight deadlines.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work independently with less supervision.
Has basic accounting knowledge.
Experience in using UBS Accounting Software is an added benefit.
