**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching Bahasa Malaysia.

- Willingness to conduct on-site training sessions within the manufacturing facility.
- Handle and educate foreign workers in training sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with workers from different backgrounds.

**STANDARD JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct Bahasa Malaysia language training sessions for multinational foreign workers in batch-based classes.
- Customize training materials and lesson plans based on foreign worker’s job roles and language proficiency levels.
- Focus on practical, workplace relevant Bahasa communication skills (safety instructions, teamwork, reporting & etc.).
- Utilize interactive and engaging teaching methods to ensure effective learning.
- Evaluate the learner's progress through assessments, quizzes, practical demonstrations, and track progress with measurable outcomes within the timeframe given.
- Provide one-on-one coaching for workers needing additional support.
- Prepare and maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports for the Bahasa class, as well as provide regular updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with HR and Management to align training goals with operational needs.
- Ensure to maintained the standard of ISO 19001(quality), ISO 45001(occupational safety and health), ISO 14001(environment) requirements and it's objective are complied.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by Training Executive/ HRAM/GM/CEO.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 per month
