- The Ethics and Compliance organization in the Legal Department is seeking a highly motivated compliance professional to join its Ethics team. This professional will work with the Chief Compliance Officer and staff, other compliance SMEs, and various business functions on initiatives and programs covering anti-corruption, training and awareness, reports and analytics, policy development, and communications to sustain and develop AMD's reputation as an ethical company and a great place to work.**THE PERSON**:

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work on training, awareness, and engagement initiatives for the Ethics and Compliance program, including designing compelling training materials for Compliance SMEs utilizing adult learning principles, and updating the WWSBC course and related compliance courses.
- Work on designing and maintaining the AMD Worldwide Standards of Business Conduct (WWSBC) document, including scheduling and managing periodic SME updates to the WWSBC and underlying compliance policies and procedures.
- Design and maintain the Compliance Connection intranet site for the overall Ethics and Compliance organization, including pages specific to teams therein, to facilitate and improve employee awareness and engagement. Work with the various Ethics and Compliance teams to continually update relevant content to improve employee engagement on key issues.
- Work with AMD executives and Compliance SMEs to create content, collateral, and deployment strategies for the annual Compliance Awareness Week.
- Work on training administration, surveys, audit-ready recordkeeping, and reporting related to Ethics and Compliance initiatives, including delving into underlying data and analytics to highlight issues and create suitable metrics.
- Facilitate SME contributions to cross-functional teams on Corporate Responsibility and RBA initiatives related to Ethics and Compliance topics, including organizing and compiling Ethics and Compliance data for responding to customer questionnaires.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- 5+ years of related experience required.
- Experience in the technology and semiconductor industry is a plus.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution.
