Job Summary:
Bienz is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew Members. As a Service Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the café’s point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in restocking and replenishing inventory and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Uphold café standards, including health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.

Pay: RM2,000.00 (part-time)
