**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly leads important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance, and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
- Develope & implement facility management program including preventive maintenance.
- Identifying problems and significantly improve/change existing methods and techniques from experience.
- Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with mínimal direction and supervision.
- Demonstrates a degree of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that attests to in-dept command of all techniques, processes tools and standards within the relevant field of specialization.
- Liaison/work with other department in solving the service request in facility maintenance.
- External contractor work request & support.
- Handling & monitoring maintenance costing & breakdown time for plant maintenance department.
- Develop & maintaining facility SOP & compliance to ISO requirements.
- Monitoring new building facility setup including prepare & track facility budget & manage vendors.
- To maintain & ensure the effective functioning of firefighting system, usage & updating of records.
- Conduct regular inspection to ensure compliance with health & safety standards & industry codes.
- In-charge of security matter that under Facility umbrella to ensure the security control is well executed.
- To ensure all employees, visitors, vendors, contractor workers comply with government safety legislation & company rules & regulations.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
- To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

**Requirements**:

- At least with Post Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Facility Management, Facility Engineering or equivalent experience in related field.
- Minimum 5 years & above significant working experience with Hands-on experience & know well SMI type manufacturing factory facility.
- Knowledged in HVAC maintenance, EHS Basic requirements & Basic building maintenance.
- Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.
