**Job Description Responsibilities**:

- Handling daily/weekly sales on our e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
- Handling customer service and inquiries.
- Act as a point of contact for clients/dealers and manage their requests.
- Answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products to customers.
- Developing positive relationships with customers.
- Preparing and sending out sales orders as well as the collection of payments.
- Working towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintaining sales documentation and liaise with accounts department.
- Some administration and sales report work.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in working with online sales and digital marketing.
- Experience in handling sales on marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, eBay, etc).
- Hands-on experience in sales and able to deliver excellent customer service.
- The familiarity of sales performance metrics.
- Able to coordinate with team members.
- Self motivated and self driven.
- Able to work independently.
