**About Us**:
Account Assistant will support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including data entry, invoice processing, account reconciliation, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. This role ensures accuracy in financial documentation and supports compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
**Job Descriptions**
- Prepare Weekly Cash Collection Updates
- Prepare Monthly Cash Analysis Reports
- Conduct Credit Card / E-wallet Analysis and Monitoring
- Prepare and update Edited Charges - Monthly Analysis Reports
- Assist in Stock Count Report Preparation
- Track and report on Unsettled VNs (Visit Notes/Invoices)
- Prepare BOX and Bank Reconciliation Monitoring Reports
- Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation Status Checks
- Notify the Executive of pending reconciliations for follow-up
- Support clinics with training and guidance on knock-offs and reconciliations when required
- Update Cash and Credit Card Transactions in Auto Count System
- Assist in VN Unlocking Support
- Provide training to clinics on Payment Entry and Bank Reconciliation Processes
- Monitor and assist in E-Invoicing Submissions as per government or company requirements
- Prepare TPA Claim Reports for assigned clinics (rotation every 3 months)
- Verify TPA sales data from both the clinic system and the TPA portal
- Escalate discrepancies or issues to the Executive
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
**Working Hours**:
Monday
- Friday : 9.00AM - 06.00PM
