**JJob Responsibilities**:

- Create, update, and maintain master data records in SAP, including but not limited to material master, vendor master, customer master, and financial master data.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all SAP modules.
- Validate and verify the integrity of data entered into the system.
- Manage the integration of master data across different systems and ensure synchronization of data between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Work closely with the internal control team to update all DOA matrices in SAP based on organizational changes.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Implement data cleansing activities and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Develop and enforce data quality standards and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of master data processes and standards.
- Generate and analyse reports to monitor data quality and usage.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information systems, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in master data management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI and CO.
- Experience with data migration and data cleansing activities.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to data management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
