Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
- Escalate issues to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
- Identify and provide input on customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
- Strive to achieve key performance indicators.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree and above in the related field.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Willing to working on rotational shift.
