SERVICE ADVISOR / PENASIHAT SERVIS KENDERAAN JOB SCOPE - Greet customer & direct to an available technician - Prepare quotation and explain to customer on the service planned - Follow up and monitor the job. Order parts in line with technicians request - Handle customer queries and consult with technician when necessary - Receive customer payments - Do daily cash closing at the end of the day - Keep proper documentation on sales invoices. - Perform any other realted duties as management may require from time to time REQUIREMENTS - Female - Able to write in English - Able to work in a fast paced environment - Able to move around the premise BENEFITS - Starting salary RM1500++ - EPF & SOCSO contribution available - Meal & house allowances provided SKOP KERJA - Menyambut pelanggan dan mengarahkan mekanik ke pelanggan - Sediakan sebut harga dan terangkan kepada pelanggan tentang perkhidmatan yang dirancang - Pantau kerja dan pesan barang seperti yang diminta mekanik -Mengendalikan pertanyaan pelanggan dan berunding dengan juruteknik apabila perlu - Terima bayaran pelanggan - Lakukan penutupan tunai harian pada penghujung hari -Simpan dokumentasi dengan betul tentang invois jualan. - Laksanakan apa-apa tugas lain yang berkaitan seperti yang diperlukan oleh pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa KEPERLUAN - Perempuan - Fasih menulis dan mengeja dalam Bahasa Inggeris - Mampu bekerja dalam suasana yang pantas - Mampu bergerak dalam premis KELEBIHAN - Gaji bermula RM1500++ - KWSP & PERKESO dicarum - Elaun makan dan rumah disediakan
Suid Auto Service Sdn Bhd ( or foremely know as Suid Auto & Aircond Services ) was established in 2009 in Bandar Baru Bangi. Since then, we have branched out to 3 outlets. Our services includes routine servicing and replacement of minor and major parts of the engine. Our specialization is the air-conditioning system of National, Japanese & Continental vehicles. We mainly cater to privately owned vehicles but also do company owned vehicles.
