**Job Scope**:

- Create excellent memories by matching suitable travel options that best suit their needs and desires with holiday destination.
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Follow up on Internet leads and convert these leads into actual sales
- Describe trips to customers and give details on any documents required, such as visas requirements.
- Work towards achieving both individual and team KPIs and goals
- Lead tours to international destinations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Enjoy interacting with people, outgoing, friendly and energetic personality with EXCELLENT customer service skills.
- Good selling, communication and listening skills.
- Have the ability to create a rapport with people of different ages and different cultures.
- Strong interest in countries histories, geographies, general customs and cultures.
- Those with a working knowledge of Tour & Travel Industry will have an advantage

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Working: 1 year (preferred)
