**About the Team**:

- The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also to proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle.- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using various reporting and visualization tools, such as Google spreadsheets, and internal Data Studio tools.
- Develop and maintain automated data processing and analysis pipelines using programming languages, such as Python or R, and data manipulation tools, such as SQL or Excel
- Manage large amounts of data, analyzing them and developing data-driven insights to the business to make strategic planning to drive improvement actions and sound business decisions
- Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress.
- Act as the oracle, analyzing trends and critically evaluating existing business performance to identify potential dangers and pitfalls.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a numerical/analytical field is a must
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a must.
- A systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex considerations.
- Ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured manner.
