We are a market-leading provider of Smart, Sustainable Building Solutions with offices across the globe. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team in KL, Malaysia.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to assist in sourcing top-tier talent for technical roles within the business. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, we are committed to providing full training and support to help you excel in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review position briefs and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with the relevant team leaders and senior staff
- Draft letters of offer and manage the coordination of probation reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times

**About you**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- A collaborative approach and willingness to share ideas
- A dedication to learning on the job and becoming familiar with the organization's staff and requirements
- Prior industry experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
- The ability to commit to permanent full time work - 40 hours per week Mon to Fri.
