Overview

Our client is a well-established law firm with strong capabilities in corporate and commercial work. The firm regularly supports cross-border transactions and advises multinational corporations across key sectors.

They are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Corporate Lawyer with 2-6 PQE to join its growing corporate & commercial team. The successful candidate will work on corporate transactions, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, commercial advisory, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

-Handle corporate & commercial matters: M&A, JV, restructuring, advisory.

-Draft, review & negotiate agreements.

-Conduct due diligence for transactions.

-Advise clients on governance, compliance & regulatory issues.

-Work with cross-border teams on international deals.

-Communicate directly with clients & help drive solutions.

Requirements

-2to6 years PQE in corporate / M&A.

-Strong drafting and analytical skills.

-Good communication, client-facing and teamwork abilities.

-Able to manage tasks independently.
