Our client is a well-established legal firm providing a full range of legal services with a strong focus on corporate and commercial matters. Responsibilities

  • Assist partners and associates in handling corporate and commercial matters.
  • Draft, review, and prepare various agreements and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions or summaries on corporate and regulatory issues.
  • Assist in due diligence exercises, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional work.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, and other relevant parties under supervision.
  • Manage documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient file management.
  • Attend client meetings and discussions to gain exposure to corporate advisory and transactional processes.

Requirements

  • Possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university.
  • CLP / BPTC / Bar qualification preferred.
  • Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and professional in conduct.
