**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead success and growth of affiliate marketing program**:

- Be accountable for key metrics and benchmarks for affiliate performance
- Drive continuous improvement with regular monitoring of affiliate satisfaction and business growth
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies to enable streamlined operations **Campaign Management: Plan and execute Affiliate/ influencer marketing**campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery of assets and campaign materials.
- Develop and implement strategies for affiliate and influencer marketing to drive traffic, conversions and revenue growth
- Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates and influencers, building strong relationships and providing support to maximise their performance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures and performance incentives for affiliates and influencers.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics of affiliates and influencers to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates and influencers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and technologies in affiliate and influencer marketing and the fintech industry.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram and other third-party ad platforms.
- Experience in e-Commerce or affiliate marketing will be an added advantage.

**Hard Skills**
- Experienced in managing network of affiliates
- Affiliate program management knowledge & best practices
- Strategic forecasting and ROI modeling (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
- Revenue attribution and BI tools (GA4, Looker, Excel)
- Partner negotiation and contracting experience
- Technical fluency in tags, pixels, and postback logic
- Familiarity with compliance and fraud risk management
- Knowledge of FX & CFD brokerage a plus

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
