Position : Regional Content Specialist

Salary Range : RM 5,000 - RM 7,000

Location : Bangsar South, KL

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (Flexi-working hours, Friday WFH)

**Job Scope**
- Execute content marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive Brand Partner acquisition and retention across APAC.
- Develop compelling copy for various communication channels and marketing materials.
- Translate global content into local languages for APAC markets and coordinate translations as needed.
- Support PR initiatives by crafting and distributing press releases, pitching media stories, and building relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Create content for APAC magazine and other regional publications.
- Develop APAC-specific sales and product education materials, such as booklets, testimonials, and videos, to support sales efforts.
- Adapt global content to align with regional preferences and cultural nuances while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage and update company website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Support sales training and presentations with well-crafted content.
- Ensure content consistency and compliance with corporate branding and local regulations.
- Analyze target audiences, customer needs, and market trends to ensure content relevance.
- Review product labels to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital media developments, and content marketing best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong command of English with excellent copywriting skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the direct selling industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-cultural collaboration.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
