To prepare sales quotation from time to time.
- Contacting clients to get the supporting documents.
- To handle customers’ enquiry on products and pricing.
- Explaining our products and services, with a demonstrated ability to meet our customer’s needs.
- To create XPM
- HRDF documents preparation - To send to client and follow up with BD team.
- To monitor, issue and send payment advice to clients/participants who have registered for Company events.
- Assisting to do commission calculation for the Marketing team.
- Up-to-date accurate sales reports & records.
- Any ad hoc task assigned.
**To excel in this role, you should have**:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships and understand client’s needs.
- A current Diploma or Degree student in Marketing, Business, Administration or related course, with a CGPA of 2.60 and above.
- The duration of internship shall be a minimum of **10 weeks**.
- Self-motivated, proactive, well organized.
- Able to work cohesively in a dynamic team environment with a focus on customer need and departmental goals.
- Possess good working attitude and able to work independently.
- Able to liaise with associates and customers at all levels.
- Computer literate.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
**Salary**: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
