The Marketing Activation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing activation strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role focuses on implementing experiential marketing, in-store activations, digital campaigns, and event management to ensure successful brand representation across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Activations & Campaign Execution:

- Plan, develop, and execute marketing activations across various channels (retail, digital, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create on-brand campaigns.
- Brand Representation:

- Ensure all activations are aligned with brand guidelines and enhance brand equity.
- Act as a brand ambassador during promotional events and activations.
- Event Management:

- Organize and manage events, product launches, pop-ups, and in-store promotions.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor negotiations, and budgets.
- Partnership & Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Build relationships with retail partners, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand exposure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
- Digital Activation:

- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Track and analyze activation performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, ROI).
- Provide post-campaign reports and insights for future campaign improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

OR
- 1 year of experience in brand activation.
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas for branding.

Additional Skills (preferred):

- Experience with social media advertising and paid media campaigns
- Experience with social media analytics tools

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
