**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Delivery**
- Deliver engaging lessons in Add Maths/Mathematics, or Business Studies/Economics across various grade levels.
- Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans, ensuring that content is appropriate for a diverse range of student abilities.
- Create and adapt resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to individual student needs.
- Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including traditional and modern techniques, to ensure effective delivery of curriculum content.

**Student Development**
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide additional academic support to students who require assistance through one-on-one tutoring or small group sessions.

**Assessment & Feedback**
- Design and conduct assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support continuous improvement.

**Classroom Management**
- Establish clear expectations and maintain a positive, disciplined learning environment.
- Address academic and behavioral concerns promptly and effectively.

**Collaboration & Professional Development**
- Work closely with colleagues to develop engaging lesson plans and school activities.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops for professional growth.

**Extracurricular Involvement**

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Experience teaching at Secondary and Tertiary levels is preferred.
- Ability to teach either Maths/Additional Maths or Economics/Business Studies.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching is an advantage.

**Other Requirements**
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing student potential.
- Must be able to teach both IGCSE and A-Levels.
- Must be able to start immediately.
- **This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of being offered a full contract.**
