Greet guests as they arrive and seat them appropriately.
- Present menus, provide information on menu items, and make recommendations as needed.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and overall dining experience.
- Respond promptly to any guest concerns or requests.
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure orders are delivered to the correct table and in a timely manner.
- Monitor food preparation and delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
- Ensure that guests have all necessary utensils and condiments.
- Assist with refilling drinks and clearing empty plates from the table.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Ensure that the dining area is organized and ready for the next guests.
- Clean spills or accidents promptly and safely.
- Provide guests with their bills and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tips in accordance with company procedures.
- Work closely with other team members, including cooks, bartenders, and host staff, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist colleagues as needed during busy periods.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and handle equipment and utensils properly to prevent accidents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
