A Bim Modeller

Develop, maintain, and update BIM models based on contract drawings and the latest information.
- Model M&E services, particularly plumbing and sanitary systems.
- Prepare and submit shop drawings, comment drawings, and as-built drawings to clients and consultants.
- Manage and coordinate the production of quality shop drawings and BIM models for assigned projects with mínimal supervision.
- Handle clash reports using Navisworks.
- Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping tasks in the project directory.
- Develop technical plans, sections, details, and 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCAD and in-house software.
- Plan and manage modeling and drafting work efficiently.
- Report to superior on a weekly basis regarding project drawing issues.
- Liaise with project teams, perform site drawing updates, and verify actual as-built drawings checklist.

Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling.
- Proficient in BIM modeling tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit).
- To handle and submission shop drawing, asbuilt drawing using Revit and Autocad.
- Experience in drawing M&E, Plumbing and sanitary drawing, need to attend coordination meeting with other services and subcons to come out plans and solutions.
- Proficiency in BIM modelling tools, particularly Revit and Navisworks, Familiarity with LOD 300, LOD 400, and LOD 500
