IMMEDIATE HIRING **:Customer Service**

- 至少2年相关行政和客户服务销售经验为优先。
- 至少拥有 SPM / Diploma / Degree文凭
- 需要精通语言: 华语(必须), 英语，国语，或其他方言。
- 能够以流利华语和客户沟通。
- 周六轮班 津贴（可选择）
- Handling new & existing customer enquiry.
- Provide services support & documentation support to customer
- Handling administrative support such as data entry, assist sales-person to track order.
- Daily operation Invoice & DO, delivery arrangement, support customer urgent delivery
- Resolve the customer service issue.
- Able to visit customer to provide professional services

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing a wide range of administrative support, including data entry, document management, and coordinating meetings and meeting arrangements
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Performing other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
