**Job description**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control and Material Testing**

1) Perform Incoming Quality Inspection (IQC)

2) Perform line audit (First and Final Piece Quality Inspection)

3) Perform Outgoing Quality Inspection (OQC)

4) Perform tooling buy off (i.e. printing block, die cut mould) before release to production

5) Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) report and ensure sample preparation according to schedule

6) Perform material testing (e.g. Grammage Paper Test, Burst Strength Test, Compression Test, Antistatic)

7) Monitor, control of non-conformance output and rework when require

8) Any other task as deemed necessary by higher authority personnel

**Environment, Safety and Health**

1) Perform Health and Safety inspection (i.e. firefighting equipment, emergency exit)

2) Perform Environment, Health and Safety line audit.

**Document Control**

1) Compiling IQC, IPQC, OQC data

2) Monitoring the calibration, external provider compliance report (e.g. RoHS, REACH) due date

3) Update the mastercard for production use

4) Data input through customer web portal (e.g. GSRM, ChemSherpa)

**Requirements**:
1) Education : Min. SPM with science, vocational or technical background

2) Experience : Fresh

3) Skills : Computer literate (Microsoft office software), problem solving,

good interpersonal skill and able to communicate and written in English

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
