**Position**:Marketing Specialist - Digital**

**Location**:KL Sentral**

**Salary**:RM5000 to RM6000**

**Duration**:1 year contract**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to find, attract, acquire and engage high value -advertisers.
- Work closely with sales teams to optimize performance of specific marketing programs.
- Launch campaign focused on helping Malaysian businesses use media platforms to export their products and services globally.
- Manage a program aimed at helping university students gain valuable digital marketing skills & earn internships with Malaysia's leading companies.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders for alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate and execute successful online and in-person client events.
- Track and analyze marketing programs to optimize overall results and plan campaign and channel mix.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing and/or consulting experience.
- Fluency in English & preference for fluency in at least one local language (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Understanding of the search, online advertising and/or web publishing market. Previous experience in both traditional and digital advertising is a plus
- Stellar project management skills. Track record of independently owning and running marketing projects with mínimal guidance
- Ability to use data and insights to develop existing approaches and invent new revenue driving ideas and campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans and campaigns that drive high ROI.
- Event management experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KL Sentral: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
