Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

1) Handling MNP Reject Management team. Nationwide MNP port in support from end to end. Increase successful port in number by actively follow up and resubmission for rejected MNP.

2) Act as 2nd level checker to ensure all the high risk transactions being reviewed before approve in system. (Eg: Zerolution contracts, additional lines approval, registration on written-off/blacklist or overdue account)

3) Managing various registrations and change of service request from internal customer; request inclusive of test line and roaming line.

4) Ensure all the transactions completed as per SOP requirement and within the agreed service level. Consistently escalating issue encountered to relevant parties for resolution.

5) Work closely with management team to handle operational tasks and proactively supporting ad-hoc assignment and process improvement to promote high level of efficiency and accuracy in business.
