**Minimum 8 years as a Moody Developer**

**Job Overview**:We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Manager with expertise in Moody’s Engine Development and a strong background in PL/SQL to lead and manage complex financial technology projects. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and delivery of solutions within the Moody’s ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Delivery Management**:

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Moody’s Engine Development projects, including requirement gathering, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**2. Technical Leadership**:

- Provide guidance on Moody’s Engine architecture, customization, and integration.
- Review and optimize PL/SQL code to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and implementation phases.

**3. Team Leadership and Coordination**:

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and QA engineers.
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

**4. Risk and Issue Management**:

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project issues proactively to minimize impact on deliverables.

**5. Stakeholder Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and senior leadership.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and insights to stakeholders.

**6. Process Improvement and Best Practices**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in project delivery and technical development.
- Advocate for best practices in Moody’s Engine Development and database optimization.

**Required Skills and Weightage**:

- Deep knowledge of Moody’s Engine architecture, configuration, and integration. 50%
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL development, optimization, and debugging. 20%
- Familiarity with database design and performance tuning. 15%
- Project Management: Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies. 10%
- Leadership Skills: 5%
- Ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
