Technical Consultant Moody’s Experience

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather business requirements, understand technical needs, and provide expert advice on leveraging Informatica and Moody’s Knowledge.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and architect technical solutions using Informatica and Moody’s Knowledge, focusing on data integration, quality, and governance.
- Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of Informatica and Moody’s Knowledge solutions, including installation, configuration, customization, and system integration.
- Data Integration: Develop ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
- Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality rules and controls using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues in Informatica and Moody’s Knowledge solutions, optimizing ETL processes and data flows.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive testing and resolve technical issues to ensure solutions meet client requirements and function reliably.
- Documentation and Training: Prepare technical documentation, including solution architecture and user guides, and conduct training sessions for clients and end-users.
- Industry and Product Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Informatica technologies and Moody’s Knowledge software.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant, preferably with expertise in Informatica, PL/SQL, Unix, Control M, and Moody’s Experience.
- Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and other relevant Informatica products.
- Familiarity with Moody’s Knowledge software, including Moody’s Analytics Risk Foundation and Risk Authority.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, Control M, and data warehousing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with additional Moody’s Knowledge platforms and tools.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
