**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce technical publications; update and enhance technical working paper templates and training materials; coordinate, facilitate, and/or lead technical training sessions to uphold and advance our audit practice standards.
- Review and improve training programs based on their effectiveness; oversee the implementation of training sessions; track and monitor Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours for audit professionals.
- Participate in and contribute to various projects, providing technical insight and expert guidance as required by organizational needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- 5 - 6 years of audit experience, preferably from an international public accounting firm
- A demonstrated deep passion for specialization in technical research and professional training
- Ability to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills
