**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with reviewing client/audit team working papers on the appropriateness of asset/ liability carrying amounts measured using fair or recoverable values.
- Perform independent valuations for businesses, intellectual property, financial instruments, etc.
- Conduct market and industry research.
- Construct and analyze financial models.
- Develop financial models and establish best practices, workflows, and procedures in related areas.
- Perform financial modelling and forecasting using various methods and tools.
- Review valuation reports for inaccuracies.
- Identify gaps in valuation reports and suggest improvements.
- Guide the team in amending reports to clearly articulate valuation conclusions.
- Engage in technical research and consultations, including writing technical publications, reviewing and developing technical working paper templates and training materials, and facilitating/conducting technical training sessions.
- Review and develop training programs, coordinate and conduct training, and monitor CPE hours for audit professionals.
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects as required.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 5 years of audit experience, preferably from an international public accounting firm.
- A demonstrated deep passion for specialization in technical research and professional training.
