- Experience in IT support is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe software
- Basic web skills (WordPress)
- Basic photography and camera handling
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel

**Responsibilities**:
**IT**
- Manage Microsoft 365; Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive etc
- Troubleshoot software and network issues
- Maintain shared drives and access permissions
- Administer Power BI dashboards
- Update and manage company website
- Track and manage IT assets
- Coordinate IT purchases and vendor support
- Ensure data security and backups

**Graphic Design**:

- Design brochures, flyers, business card and company profile
- Create PowerPoint decks for tenders, proposal and events
- Develop visual for marketing campaigns and national events
- Capture and edit photos/ video for documentation
- Design infographics, banner and digital content
- Support website visuals and layout
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- English (required)
- Bahasa (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
