Position : Regional IT Lead

Salary Range : up to RM 7,500

Location : Bangsar South, KL

Working Hours : Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Microsoft environment with a strong focus on M365 cloud, Azure Active Directory, and Intune—configuring, creating, deploying, and monitoring endpoint software for optimized performance and collaboration.
- Provide Tier 2/3 vendor support to operational and support teams, including conducting root cause analysis and developing preventative measures.
- Deliver Microsoft cloud technologies aligned with the IT roadmap, ensuring timely implementation and high-quality standards.
- Advise and support users by implementing governance procedures, managing plans, and ensuring adherence to global standards.
- Act as an escalation point for technical support across local businesses, remote offices, and external IT vendors.
- Contribute to the ITSM knowledge base and enhance IT procedures, leveraging ITIL best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including IT service management plans, SLAs, system operations, and compliance reports.
- Travel occasionally for collaboration with management, team members, third-party vendors, and integration partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT deskside or infrastructure support, with 5+ years specializing in Microsoft M365, Azure AD, Intune, LAN/WAN, multifunction printers, and firewall routers.
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Azure, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft XDR, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing and testing software packages using Intune with Autopilot in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of mobile device management solutions including Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
- Proficient in MS Power Automate, PowerShell scripting, and other automation tools to streamline IT operations.
- ITIL 4 certification preferred; strong familiarity with ITIL service management principles.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; capable of training and supporting non-technical users.
- Up-to-date with emerging trends and innovations in Microsoft cloud and security technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
