**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Review the current company safety and health policies, develop and recommend additional policies to ensure compliance with JKKP rules and regulations.
- Conduct safety toolbox meetings for all forklift drivers on safety awareness and ensure daily follow-up checks on forklifts.
- Review and ensure Safety & Health compliance with customer requirements under RBA.
- Plan and execute periodic safety audits and inspections.
- Maintain accident investigation reports, determine causes, propose preventive measures, and prepare monthly statistics and reports.
- Prepare and submit accident reports to DOSH as required, including the yearly report.
- Conduct inspections of first aid items and fire extinguishers at the plant.
- Arrange and monitor maintenance and testing of firefighting equipment systems with suppliers.
- Advise the employer on OSH Act and Regulation compliance.
- Review and develop the HIRARC safety policy regularly.
- Participate in the ISO 9001:2015 audit related to safety matters.
- Liaise with government departments regarding safety, health, and environment-related matters.
- Conduct training for all employees, such as fire drills, chemical spillage, first aid, fire extinguishing, and ERT awareness, including induction training for new staff.
- Prepare all necessary documents such as the safety & ERT chart, slides for induction, and additional required documents under RBA.
- Review the environmental policy and provide training to employees.
- Conduct safety meetings and prepare slides for presentation to the safety community.
- Review the permit-to-work policy and brief contractors when entering the plant.
- Respond to all emergencies and incidents.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 year(s) of relevant working experience in manufacturing sector
- Prefer to have **Green Book**
- Able to work under pressure and
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactively address and resolve safety issues at site
- Legislation such as OSHA and procedures
- Report writing and policies for SHE
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Good to communicate, read and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good in MS Excel, Word & Power Point
- **Working days - 5.5 days (Mon-Saturday)**
- **Willing to travel at Bukit Raja, Klang**
- **Must have own transport**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
