**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** - Act as Safety & Health Officer (SHO) for CJ Century Logistics Sdn Bhd - To become secretary for CJ Century safety and health committee - Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and determine control on the identified risk for work process at CJ Century premise - Ensure compliance with local regulation and other statutory bodies, standards and guidelines such as DOSH< DOE and BOMBA - Responsible on implementation and control of ISO 45001 and ISO 39001 - Carry out inspection of workplace and the appropriate action to ensure compliance - Respond to and investigates concern and complaints from workers/employers and take appropriate action - Investigate accidents and injuries that occur in the workplace - Responsible for the establishment of and monitor the performance for workplace safety and health committee - Training and /or supervision of new safety officer/representative - Review the work of subordinates to ensure adequacy of service and to ensure department standards are met and policies are carried out - Recommends changes in procedures, policies and related legislations - Responsible for administrative functions such as preparation of various reports and documents, processing legal documents, personnel management, staff training and development - Responsible on facility, employee and transport security - Performs other related duties as assigned **JOB REQUIREMENT** - Minimum at least 2 - 3 years experience in similar capacity in Safety and Health Management - Knowledge in OSHA 1994 & FM 1967 - Knowledge in ISO 45001:2018 - English literate in both written and spoken - Be able to work effectively with a team **Job Type**: Permanent **Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Dental insurance - Health insurance Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekend jobs Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus **Experience**: - Occupational health: 2 years (preferred)
