Job Description

We are currently hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Executive, you will provide overall finance support and work closely with the business unit head to help formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing the budget including P&L and cash flow forecasts and liaising with other businesses to prepare the budget.
- Monthly/Quarterly performance reviewing and analysis (PL, BS, and CF) and providing financial information for decision making.
- To assist the Finance Manager in preparing feasibility study data (sensitivity and scenario analysis) and financial model to support investment opportunities and decision making.
- Supporting team to deliver effective performance report, management information and any financial ad-hoc needed.
- Commitment to deliver as expectation and show continuous improvements
- Prepare monthly Financial Reports in variance analysis
- Manage and deliver mid and long terms planning process and annual planning process and submission to senior management.
- Performing ad hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making

**Key Requirements**:

- You are a Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred with at least 3 years of working experience
- You have strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve the organization's financial performance.
- You have excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Beyond know-how on Excel, Pivot, Vlookup and Google sheet
